Exclusions:
The Services expressly exclude the following: New project development, major system overhauls, or extensive implementation work that falls outside the scope of "ongoing support" (e.g., building a new website, implementing a new CRM from scratch). Such work will be quoted and performed under separate agreements. Purchase or licensing costs for any software, hardware, domain names, or premium hosting subscriptions (Client's responsibility). On-site visits (unless explicitly agreed upon and subject to additional travel fees). Detailed forensic analysis or incident response for active security breaches beyond initial assessment and basic guidance. Legal, accounting, or compliance advice.
